The company developed its own proprietary "Peerform Loan Analyzer" to evaluate borrowers' creditworthiness beyond standard credit scores. In 2021, Peerform was acquired by Upgrade, Inc., a neobank offering a range of financial products. Since the acquisition, Peerform's services and technology have been integrated into the Upgrade platform, and the original Peerform brand now operates under the Upgrade umbrella.
