Partena Mut was one of Belgium's largest non-denominational health insurance funds (mutualité/ziekenfonds). With a history focused on providing accessible healthcare solutions, it offered both the legally required compulsory health insurance and a wide range of supplementary insurance products and benefits covering hospitalization, dental care, travel, and more. On January 1, 2022, Partena Mut merged with the Flemish health fund OZ (Vlaams & Neutraal Ziekenfonds) to create a new entity named Helan. The mission of the merged entity is to provide comprehensive health and wellness support to its members across Belgium, with the Partena Mut brand name being retained for its services in the French-speaking regions.
