Openfinance Network was a pioneering platform in the digital asset securities space, operating a U.S. regulated Alternative Trading System (ATS) through its entity, Openfinance Securities, LLC. The company's mission was to create a compliant and liquid marketplace for private securities that were tokenized on a blockchain.
