Open Bank Project is an open-source API platform designed to help financial institutions comply with Open Banking regulations (such as PSD2), enhance their digital offerings, and foster a fintech ecosystem. The project provides banks with a standardized, secure API layer that allows them to connect with third-party developers and applications. Originally started as a community-driven open-source initiative, it is now commercially managed and supported by the Berlin-based fintech company TESOBE GmbH, which offers enterprise versions and professional services.
