Founded in 1981, the Ohio Statewide Development Corporation (OSDC) is a private, non-profit Certified Development Company (CDC) authorized by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). Its primary mission is to foster economic development by providing long-term, fixed-rate financing to small businesses for the acquisition of major fixed assets, such as real estate and equipment, through the SBA 504 Loan Program. OSDC partners with local banks to provide affordable and accessible financing options, thereby supporting job creation and business expansion throughout Ohio.
