The Neighborhood Impact Investment Fund (NIIF) is a non-profit, mission-driven lender and a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI). Launched in 2017 by the City of Baltimore, NIIF provides financing to projects that support affordable housing, mixed-use development, small businesses, and community facilities, with a focus on creating equitable and thriving neighborhoods.
