Mediefondet Zefyr AS is one of Norway's four regional film funds, established to promote and invest in audiovisual productions in Western Norway. Created through the merger of Filmkraft Fond and Fuzz, its primary mission is to foster a robust and competitive audiovisual industry in the region. The fund invests in the development and production of feature films, drama series, documentaries, and computer games by offering top-financing. It is supported by a mix of public and private owners, including municipalities, county councils, and private investors, aiming to increase the number and quality of productions originating from its service area.
