Maisha Bora Sacco was initially registered on May 30th, 1988, as Kericho Tea Growers Sacco Ltd before rebranding in 2012 to accommodate a more diverse membership. It is a Deposit-Taking SACCO licensed and regulated by the Sacco Societies Regulatory Authority (SASRA) in Kenya. The company's mission is to mobilize savings and provide affordable financial products and services, such as various loan types (BOSA and FOSA) and savings accounts, to empower its members socially and economically.
