L&T Infrastructure Finance Co Ltd (LTIF) was a wholly-owned subsidiary of L&T Finance Holdings Ltd., established to provide bespoke financing solutions for the infrastructure sector in India. As a prominent Infrastructure Finance Company (IFC), it played a crucial role in funding projects across various sectors like power, roads, renewables, and telecommunications. In a strategic move to simplify its corporate structure, LTIF, along with other subsidiaries, was merged with its parent company. The merger was completed in December 2023, and the parent entity is now known as L&T Finance Ltd., continuing its operations as a diversified NBFC.
