Established in September 2018, KEDIPES Ltd. is the successor entity of the Cyprus Cooperative Bank (CCB). Its primary mission is to manage the portfolio of non-performing loans (NPLs) and other real estate assets that remained with the CCB after the sale of its performing operations to Hellenic Bank. As a state-owned entity, KEDIPES focuses on maximizing the value of these assets over time through restructuring, recovery, and real estate management, with the ultimate goal of repaying state aid provided to the former CCB.
