Kampani is an investment fund established in 2015 by a consortium of Belgian civil society organizations, foundations, and private investors. Its mission is to bridge the financing gap for smallholder farmers in developing countries by providing capital to strengthen agricultural value chains. The fund invests in producer organizations and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Africa, Asia, and Latin America, aiming to generate both a modest financial return for its shareholders and a significant positive social and economic impact on local farming communities.
