JLT Employee Benefits was a division of the Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group (JLT), a global provider of insurance, reinsurance, and employee benefits-related advice, brokerage, and associated services. The company specialized in providing comprehensive consulting and administrative services for corporate pension schemes, employee health and benefits, and wealth management. In April 2019, JLT Group was acquired by Marsh & McLennan Companies (MMC), and JLT Employee Benefits was subsequently integrated into Mercer, MMC's global health, wealth, and career business.
