Launched in 2012 by ADA, Cooperation Financiare, and the Luxembourg Government, IncluSIF is a Specialised Investment Fund (SIF) structured as a public-private partnership. The fund aims to generate both a positive social impact by supporting financial inclusion and a modest financial return for its investors. It operates as a SICAV (Société d'Investissement à Capital Variable), investing in microfinance institutions primarily through debt instruments.
