A new community and development team took over the project, relaunching it as a hybrid blockchain that integrates technology from Bitcoin Core, Proof-of-Stake (PoS), and an Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) compatible account model. The HTMLCOIN Foundation, a non-profit entity, was established to govern and support the ecosystem's development, aiming to create a secure, versatile, and accessible blockchain platform for a wide range of applications, from business solutions to educational initiatives.
