Founded in 2007, HR Ratings is a credit rating agency focused on the Latin American market, with its headquarters in Mexico City. It was the first Mexican rating agency to be authorized by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a Nationally Recognized Statistical Rating Organization (NRSRO) for government issuers. The company's mission is to provide impartial, objective, and independent credit risk opinions to the financial markets, covering corporations, financial institutions, infrastructure projects, and sub-sovereign and sovereign entities.
