Housing & Loan Services of the Florida Keys, Inc. (HLS) is a private, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to creating affordable housing opportunities for residents of Monroe County, Florida. Established to address the unique housing challenges in the Florida Keys, HLS provides a range of services including homebuyer education, credit and foreclosure counseling, and home rehabilitation loans. As a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) and a HUD-approved housing counseling agency, its mission is to foster community development by offering financial products and services to low-income individuals who may not be served by traditional banking institutions.
