In October 2019, Hilliard Lyons was acquired by Robert W. Baird & Co. (Baird), an employee-owned, international financial services firm. The acquisition integrated Hilliard Lyons' operations and advisors into Baird's Private Wealth Management group, effectively rebranding the Hilliard Lyons name under the Baird umbrella.
