Hepsipay is the financial technology brand of D-MARKET Elektronik Hizmetler ve Tic. A.Ş., which is part of the Hepsiburada Group, one of Turkey's largest e-commerce platforms. Launched in 2015 after receiving its license from the BDDK (now operating under the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey), Hepsipay aims to simplify the online payment experience.
