The company specialized in "integral human capital administration," providing services like payroll management, personnel recruitment, social security administration, and other HR functions to thousands of client companies. At its peak, it managed hundreds of thousands of employees across Mexico. However, the company became the subject of major investigations for alleged tax evasion and illegal subcontracting schemes, leading to its effective dissolution following Mexico's 2021 labor reform that severely restricted outsourcing.
