Founded in 2014 in Munich, Germany, Givve specialized in simplifying employee benefits for businesses. The company offered a range of products, including the Givve Card (a prepaid Mastercard), Givve Lunch (for digital meal vouchers), and Givve Mobility, allowing employers to provide tax-optimized, non-cash benefits to their staff. In 2018, Givve was acquired by Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services. In 2023, Sodexo spun off this division, which was subsequently rebranded globally as "Pluxee". Givve's operations and products are now fully integrated into Pluxee, continuing the mission of enhancing the employee experience through digital benefits management.
