It is promoted by the Government of Gujarat through its undertaking, Gujarat Urban Development Company Limited (GUDCL), to provide a world-class infrastructure and a globally competitive regulatory environment for finance and tech companies. The mission of GIFT City is to establish a hub for international financial services, offering a platform for businesses in sectors such as banking, capital markets, insurance, asset management, and IT/ITeS to operate with global standards and efficiencies.
