Gepafin S.p.a. is a financial intermediary supervised by the Bank of Italy, established in 1993 with a mission to foster the economic and social growth of the Umbria region. As a public-private partnership with the Umbria Region as its primary shareholder, Gepafin facilitates access to credit for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) by issuing guarantees and managing public funds. Its activities include providing direct and indirect financing, managing regional development funds, and offering consulting services to support business investment, innovation, and growth.
