Full Circle Capital Corporation was a US-based Business Development Company (BDC) that primarily made debt and equity investments in middle-market companies. Founded in 2010, the company's objective was to generate both current income and capital appreciation through its investments, which included senior secured loans, second lien loans, and, to a lesser extent, equity. In November 2016, Full Circle Capital Corporation was acquired by and merged with Great Elm Capital Corp. (NASDAQ: GECC), at which point it ceased to exist as an independent entity.
