In September 2010, FRSGlobal was acquired by Wolters Kluwer and was subsequently integrated into its Wolters Kluwer Financial Services division. The technology and expertise of FRSGlobal now form a core part of Wolters Kluwer's Finance, Risk & Regulatory Reporting (FRR) business.
