Founded in 2018, daura AG is a joint venture between the Swiss telecommunications leader Swisscom and the Swiss financial services company SIX. The company's mission is to democratize access to the capital market for Swiss SMEs by leveraging Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT). Its platform allows non-listed companies to maintain a digital share register, issue tokenized shares and participation certificates, and conduct digital general meetings, thereby simplifying share management and capital raising processes.
