Founded in 2005 by Milind Kamble, the Dalit Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DICCI) is a non-profit organization that aims to instill the spirit of entrepreneurship within the Dalit community as a means of economic empowerment. It acts as a crucial support system for Dalit entrepreneurs by providing a platform for networking, facilitating access to markets and finance, and advocating for favorable industrial policies. DICCI works to move the community from a narrative of seeking jobs to creating them, fostering a new generation of "Dalit capitalists."
