Originally the Russian arm of the global financial services company Computershare, the entity operated as a leading registrar in the Russian market, managing share registers for publicly traded companies. In response to the geopolitical situation in 2022, Computershare announced its exit from the Russian market. The business was sold to its local management team and subsequently rebranded and continues its operations as Joint Stock Company "DRAGA". DRAGA maintains its position as a specialized registrar, offering services such as maintaining shareholder registers, organizing and holding general meetings, managing corporate actions (like dividend payouts and mergers), and providing consulting services for joint-stock companies in Russia.
