Founded in 1972, Corporación de Desarrollo, S.A. (CODESA) is a non-state public company that functions as an instrument of the Costa Rican State. Its mission is to manage, develop, and execute projects that contribute to the country's sustainable development and public welfare. CODESA focuses on structuring and participating in businesses and investment vehicles, either on its own or in partnership with third parties, to drive economic and social progress in Costa Rica.
