Founded in 1979 as the Lowcountry Housing Trust, CLIMB Fund is a certified CDFI dedicated to fueling entrepreneurship and creating economic opportunities across South Carolina. The organization's mission is to ensure that all emerging businesses and communities have equitable access to the capital and resources needed to thrive. It accomplishes this by providing flexible, affordable, and responsible loans to small businesses—with a focus on minority, women, and veteran-owned enterprises—and financing for affordable housing projects.
