Bank Polskiej Spółdzielczości S.A. (Bank BPS) was established in 2002 through the merger of Gospodarczy Bank Wielkopolski S.A. and Bank Unii Gospodarczej S.A. It operates as a commercial bank and also performs the function of an affiliating bank for 308 associated cooperative banks, together forming the BPS Group. The bank's mission is to support the development of Polish entrepreneurship, local communities, and the agri-food sector by providing comprehensive financial products and services to individual clients, small and medium-sized enterprises, and corporate clients through its extensive network.
