B2R Finance was launched in 2014 by Blackstone Tactical Opportunities as a dedicated lending platform to serve the growing market of single-family rental (SFR) property investors. The company's mission was to provide reliable capital and innovative lending products, such as 5-10 year mortgages, to help investors acquire, renovate, and manage rental properties. In 2017, B2R Finance was acquired by Finance of America Holdings LLC and was subsequently integrated into its commercial lending division, now known as Finance of America Commercial. The services and loan products originally offered by B2R Finance continue to be available through this new entity.
