Originally the European arm of the US-based fund administrator Atlantic Fund Services, the company established a significant presence in Poland and Luxembourg, providing comprehensive fund solutions. In 2018, the entire Atlantic Fund Services business was acquired by Apex Group Ltd., a global financial services provider. The former Atlantic Fund Services Europe operations are now fully integrated into Apex Group's global service platform, continuing to offer a broad range of fund services, including fund accounting, net asset value (NAV) calculation, transfer agency, and corporate services to asset managers under the Apex brand.
