Founded in 2014, Alpha Fintech developed a comprehensive payment orchestration platform called AlphaHub. The platform's mission was to simplify the complexity of the global payments ecosystem for businesses by providing a single API to access a wide range of services, including payment acquiring, identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, and risk management. In September 2021, Alpha Fintech was acquired by the global payment technology company Nuvei Corporation for a reported $170 million to enhance Nuvei's technology stack and expand its service offerings to merchants. Alpha Fintech's technology is now integrated into the Nuvei platform.
