Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Bromsgrove, AFH Financial Group grew to become one of the UK's leading independent financial advisory and wealth management firms, listed on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market. The company pursued a "buy and build" strategy, acquiring numerous smaller advisory firms across the country. In June 2021, AFH was acquired by Tilney Smith & Williamson, which subsequently rebranded to Evelyn Partners in 2022.
