Founded in 1991, Affordable Housing Resources, Inc. (AHR) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI). Its mission is to strengthen communities by helping people find and keep good homes. AHR provides a range of services including homebuyer education, financial literacy and credit counseling, mortgage lending, and the construction and renovation of affordable homes for sale and rent, primarily serving low-to-moderate-income residents in Middle Tennessee.
