Founded in 1957 as Packard Electric Employees Credit Union, 7 17 Credit Union has grown into a community-chartered financial institution. As a not-for-profit cooperative, it is owned and operated by its members. Its mission is to help members achieve financial wellness by offering competitive rates and a wide array of financial products, including personal and business banking, loans, mortgages, and investment services, reinvesting profits back to the membership through better rates and lower fees.
