Mutual de Seguridad is a Chilean private non-profit corporation, founded in 1966 by the Chilean Chamber of Construction (CChC). It is a key administrator within Chile's social security system, focused on managing the compulsory insurance for work-related accidents and occupational diseases as mandated by Law 16.744. Its mission is to protect the life and health of workers by promoting a culture of safety and prevention in its affiliated companies, while also providing medical care, rehabilitation, and financial benefits to workers who suffer accidents or illnesses related to their jobs.
