Established in 1997 through a partnership between healthcare employers and participating unions, HEB Manitoba is a non-profit trust dedicated to administering pension and benefits plans. The organization serves over 96,000 healthcare employees and their dependents from more than 160 participating employers across the province of Manitoba. Its primary mission is to provide secure and comprehensive benefits, including pension, life insurance, disability coverage, and health and dental plans, to its members.
