The CASH Campaign of Maryland (Creating Assets, Savings and Hope), often known locally as the Baltimore CASH Campaign, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established to promote economic advancement for low-to-moderate-income individuals and families. Through a network of partners and volunteers, the organization provides a range of free services including tax preparation, financial coaching, and financial education workshops. Its mission is to empower its clients to build financial security, reduce debt, and build wealth through programs that encourage asset building and savings.
