Founded in 1997, Dom Maklerski TMS Brokers S.A. was one of the first and most established multi-asset brokerages in Poland. It provided retail and institutional clients with access to trading CFDs on forex, indices, commodities, stocks, and cryptocurrencies, primarily regulated by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF). In March 2021, the company was acquired by the global financial services corporation OANDA, as part of OANDA's strategy to expand its presence in Central/Eastern Europe and the Baltic states. The TMS brand has since been phased out and is now fully integrated into OANDA's global operations, operating as OANDA TMS Brokers.
