As the UK-based and FCA-regulated arm of the global TIOmarkets brand, it aimed to provide secure and transparent trading conditions for its clients. However, the company has since shifted its business strategy and is no longer accepting new clients to its UK entity. Existing retail client accounts have been transferred to its sister company, TIO Markets Ltd, which is registered in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. The UK entity remains authorized by the FCA but has effectively wound down its retail trading operations.
