Founded in 1978, The Yarmouth Group, Inc. grew to become a prominent real estate investment management firm, acting as a fiduciary for U.S. and international institutional investors, including pension funds and endowments. The firm specialized in acquiring and managing commercial real estate assets across North America, Europe, and Asia. In 1997, it was acquired by the Australian property and infrastructure group Lendlease, and its operations were subsequently merged into what became Lendlease Real Estate Investments, ceasing to exist as an independent entity.
