VitalityInvest was launched by the parent company Vitality to provide investment solutions, such as Stocks & Shares ISAs, Junior ISAs, and retirement plans, to UK customers. A unique feature of its proposition was linking investment performance with its well-known wellness program, rewarding healthy behaviour. In October 2022, Vitality announced the sale of its investment business to the digital wealth manager O-IM, which subsequently rebranded to Prosper. The transfer of the business was completed in early 2023, and VitalityInvest is now fully integrated into Prosper, with Vitality focusing on its core health and life insurance products.
