Founded in 1947, Vermont State Employees Credit Union (VSECU) is a not-for-profit financial cooperative dedicated to serving its members and communities across Vermont. As a credit union, it is owned by its members and operates with a mission to provide ethical and accessible financial services, including personal and business banking, loans, mortgages, and investment services. In 2023, VSECU merged with New England Federal Credit Union (NEFCU) and now operates as a division of the larger entity, continuing to serve its membership under the VSECU brand.
