Launched in December 2020, TNEX is a digital banking platform developed and sponsored by the Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MSB). It positions itself as Vietnam's first "neobank," targeting the country's young population, particularly Gen Z, students, and micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). TNEX's mission is to provide a fully digital, user-friendly, and completely free banking experience, eliminating common fees for services like transfers, withdrawals, and account maintenance. Beyond core banking, the platform integrates lifestyle features such as expense tracking, chat functions, and a step counter to create a holistic ecosystem for its users.
