Established in 1949, The Tamil Nadu Industrial Investment Corporation Limited (TIIC) is the first State Financial Corporation (SFC) in India and is an undertaking of the Government of Tamil Nadu. The corporation's primary mission is to foster industrial growth within the state by providing financial assistance to various industries, with a special focus on Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). TIIC offers a range of financial products, including term loans for acquiring land, buildings, and machinery, thereby playing a pivotal role in the economic and industrial development of Tamil Nadu.
