Founded in 1993, the Strafford Economic Development Corporation (SEDC) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization focused on fostering economic vitality within the Strafford County region of New Hampshire. Its primary mission is to support the retention and expansion of existing businesses and to encourage the development of new enterprises. SEDC achieves this by providing resources, technical assistance, and access to capital, most notably through its revolving loan fund programs which offer gap financing to businesses that may not qualify for traditional bank loans.
