Students in Money Management (SIMM) is a student-run investment management program within the School of Business at St. Bonaventure University. It is not a commercial company but an academic initiative designed to provide students with hands-on experience in portfolio management and security analysis. The program allows a select group of students to actively manage a real-money investment fund, which is a portion of the university's endowment, valued at over $650,000. Established to bridge the gap between financial theory and real-world practice, SIMM's mission is purely educational, aiming to prepare students for careers in the financial industry.
