Founded in 2012, Springvest Oy is an investment service company licensed and supervised by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA). The company's mission is to connect promising unlisted Finnish growth companies with investors, thereby promoting ownership and enabling growth. Springvest organizes share offerings (funding rounds) for these companies, allowing both private and institutional investors to invest in ventures that are not available on the public stock market. They have facilitated hundreds of millions of euros in funding for dozens of companies since their inception.
