The company provided services such as penetration testing, risk and compliance assessments, incident response, and cybersecurity advisory to help organizations protect their critical assets. In October 2019, SecureState was acquired by Coalfire, a leading provider of cybersecurity advisory and assessment services, to expand Coalfire's portfolio in cyber risk advisory, compliance, and technical testing. SecureState's team and expertise have since been integrated into the Coalfire brand and operations.
